This policy explains what personal data ArchLead collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website archlead.online and to the B2B lead generation services we provide to our customers.

Who we are
ArchLead is a brand of Zaviya Ventures, a sole proprietorship based in Delhi, India. We provide verified B2B lead generation at a flat monthly price. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ArchLead and Zaviya Ventures, and "you" refers to anyone whose personal data we handle — including visitors to our website and the business contacts whose details appear in the lead lists we compile for customers.

What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we process through archlead.online and our lead generation service. It does not cover the data practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control. Where we act as a service provider compiling lead lists for a business customer, that customer is responsible for how it then uses the data, and you may also have rights against that customer directly.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free pilot, book an audit, or contact us, you may provide your name, work email address, phone number, company name, job role, and details about the audience or market you want to reach. We use this to respond to you and to prepare your pilot or audit.
Business contact data we compile
As a lead generation service, we build lists of business professionals — such as founders, marketing heads and other decision-makers — from publicly available sources including company websites, professional networks, published company registries and other open business data. These lists can include a person's name, job title, employer, work email address, business phone number, and publicly shared professional information. We compile this data for our business customers and do not use it for unrelated purposes.
Information collected automatically
When you visit archlead.online, limited technical data may be processed to keep the site secure and to understand traffic in aggregate — for example your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles about you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the pilot, audit or service you asked for.
- To compile, verify and deliver B2B lead lists to the business customer who requested them.
- To send service-related messages and, where permitted, relevant business updates.
- To keep our website secure, prevent abuse and debug technical issues.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use business contact data for purposes that are incompatible with the B2B prospecting it was compiled for.
Legal bases for processing
Where data protection laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 apply, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent (for example when you submit a form or opt in to updates), our legitimate interestsin conducting B2B prospecting and operating our website, and the performance of a contract with a customer who engages our services. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
How we share information
- Customers. We share compiled lead data with the business customer who requested it, for their own B2B outreach.
- Service providers. We use trusted providers to help run the site and the service — for example FormSubmit to deliver contact-form submissions to our inbox, and providers for email delivery and website hosting. They process data on our behalf and only as instructed.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Cookies and similar technologies
archlead.online does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use your browser's local storage to remember inputs within an on-page tool (such as the deliverability calculator); this stays in your browser, is not used to identify you, and is not shared with anyone. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
Data retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records. We keep compiled lead data while it remains reasonably accurate and useful for B2B prospecting, after which we delete or anonymise it. Where we are required to keep certain records for legal or tax purposes, we retain them only for as long as the law requires.
Data security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly to any incident.
International transfers
We are based in India, and some of our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act, 2023, and the California CPRA provide these rights. To exercise any of them, email info@archlead.online. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
Marketing and opting out
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs promptly. We do not cold-call numbers on India's Do Not Disturb registry, and we respect reasonable do-not-contact requests. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we do not direct our service at anyone under 18.
Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
